Qigong (or ch'i kung) is an internal Chinese meditative practice which often uses slow graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques to promote the circulation of qi within the human body, and enhance a practitioner's overall health. 

3 Treasures Tai Chi teaches numerous types of Qigong ranging from martial to spiritual.  The Eight Brocades, Shibashi sets, Muscle Tendon exchange, Neigong, Da Mo Wai Dan open palm sets and the five animal frolics make up a portion of the Qigong that is taught to our students.  3 Treasures Tai Chi prides itself on teaching the student according to their needs and wants.
